オープン部門ではついにエバン選手がタイトルを。シグネチャーモデルのエッジの使用率もファイナリストで２０名に迫る勢いと、独占したような形で、高かったようで、ヨーヨーの使いやすさも実証されています。

In 2007 over HALF the finalists in the World yoyo contest chose to use the 888. Since then style and taste has varied. YoYoFactory had 9 sponsored players in finals at a usa nationals who used 9 different yoyos. Fast forward to today in Bratislava where almost half the 20 finalists will compete with #yyfedge. That's not to mention @evantheodds who just dropped an amazing Open freestyle. 1a finals coming up soon! Live feed link in bio."

世界大会のような場面では通用しないスタイルかもしれませんが、エネルギッシュで面白いのに技術的にもきちんと難しいことを取り入れつつ、何よりも見た後に見た人の気持ちをハッピーにするというTHPスタイルを引き継いでいるのが素晴らしい。おめでとうございます。ヨーヨーがこの方向に発展していくことを願ってやみません。
